Bangka Chicken noodle

Chicken noodle typical Bangka with soft noodles were seasoned soy sauce and chicken topping onions fragrant. Cabbage and bean sprouts also complement this delicious noodle dish.

ingredients:
500 g fresh egg noodles / wet (more delicious homemade noodles mother)
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
 

Chicken Mushroom Topping:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
250 g chicken, cut into small
150 g red mushrooms, cut into pieces
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
200 ml of water
 

Gravy:
500 ml chicken stock
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp chives
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
 

complement:
4 sticks of cabbage, cut into pieces, boiled
100 g bean sprouts, wash
2 tbsp fried shallots

How to make:
     -Boil water, put noodles in the water for a while then drain immediately.
     - Stir the oil and soy sauce until blended.
     - Add the noodles and stir well. Set aside.
     topping:
     Saute the garlic until fragrant.
     Enter the chicken pieces, stir until it changes color and stiff.
     Add mushrooms, stir until wilted
     Enter the oyster sauce, soy sauce, soy sauce, pepper and salt.
     Stir until well blended.
     Pour water, simmer for a while until the gravy runs out. Lift.
     Kuah:
     Boil the broth, garlic, chives, pepper and salt to the boil then remove from heat.
     Sprinkle with chopped chives
     presentation:
     Put the noodles in a bowl.
     Give the topping and add the cabbage, bean sprouts and scallions.
     Serve with Gravy



INDONESIAN VERSION


Mie Ayam Bangka khas dengan mie yang lembut diberi topping ayam berbumbu kecap dan bawang yang wangi. Sawi dan tauge pun melengkapi sajian mi yang sedap ini. 

Bahan:
500 g mi telur segar/basah (lebih enak mi buatan sendiri bunda)
1 sdm minyak sayur
1 sdm kecap asin


Topping Ayam Jamur:
2 sdm minyak sayur
2 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
250 g daging ayam, potong kecil
150 g jamur merah, potong-potong
2 sdm saus tiram
1 sdm kecap asin
1 sdm kecap manis
1 sdt merica bubuk
1 sdt garam
200 ml air


Kuah:
500 ml kaldu ayam
1 siung bawang putih cincang
1 sdm daun bawang
1 sdt merica bubuk
1 sdt garam


Pelengkap:
4 batang sawi, potong-potong, rebus
100 g tauge, bersihkan
2 sdm bawang merah goreng

Cara membuat:

  • -Didihkan air, masukkan mi sebentar dalam air lalu tiriskan segera.
  • - Aduk minyak dan kecap hingga rata.
  • - Masukkan mie, aduk rata. Sisihkan.

  • Topping :
  • Tumis bawang putih hingga wangi.
  • Masukkan potongan ayam, aduk hingga berubah warna dan kaku.
  • Tambahkan jamur, aduk hingga layu
  • Masukkan saus tiram, kecap manis, kecap asin, merica dan garam.
  • Aduk hingga tercampur rata.
  • Tuangi air, didihkan sebentar hingga kuah habis. Angkat.

  • Kuah : 
  • Rebus kaldu, bawang putih, daun bawang, merica dan garam hingga mendidih lalu angkat. 
  • Taburi dengan irisan daun bawang

  • Penyajian:
  • Taruh mi di dalam mangkuk.
  • Beri Toppingnya lalu tambahkan sawi, tauge dan daun bawang.
  • Sajikan dengan Kuahnya.
