Fried Pandan Chicken Wrap

ingredients:
500 gr chicken fillet without bones, discard the skin
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp pepper powder
10 pieces of pandan leaves, choose a rather wide, drain cleaning to dry
cooking oil for frying

spices
3 cloves of garlic
4 spring onions
1 knuckle of ginger, peeled

Sauce Ingredients:
Puree all ingredients under
3 pieces of red chilli, mashed
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp fish sauce
150 ml of water

sprinkle with sesame seeds

How to make fried chicken pandan
- Chicken pieces with a size of approximately 3 x 5 cm (approx. be wrapped)
- In a container insert spices, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, pepper powder, stir until smooth
- Soak the chicken is cut into pieces with seasoning mixture on top, about 1 hour in the fridge downstairs, so flavors mingle
- Take a piece of chicken, roll up covered with pandanus leaves, tie the ends rather difficult if not use the help of a stick
- Do until chicken wrapped finish
- Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the chicken until cooked
- Serve with thai sauce on top


INDONESIAN VERSION

Bahan :
500 gr daging ayam fillet tanpa tulang, buang kulitnya
2 sdm kecap asin
2 sdm minyak wijen
2 sdt gula pasir
1/2 sdt lada bubuk
10 lembar daun pandan, pilih yang agak lebar, cuci tiriskan agar kering
minyak goreng untuk menggoreng


Bumbu halus
3 siung bawang putih
4 siung bawang merah
1 ruas jari jahe, kupas


Bahan Saus : 
haluskan semua bahan di bawah
3 buah cabe merah, haluskan
2 siung bawang putih
2 sdm gula pasir
1/4 sdt garam
1 sdm kecap ikan
150 ml air

taburi dengan biji wijen

Cara membuat ayam goreng pandan

- potong daging ayam dengan ukuran kira-kira  3 x 5 cm ( kira-kira bisa dibungkus)
- dalam sebuah wadah masukkan bumbu halus, kecap asin, minyak wijen, gula pasir, lada bubuk, aduk sampai rata
- rendam ayam yang sudah dipotong-potong dengan adonan bumbu di atas, kira-kira 1 jam dalam kulkas bawah, agar bumbu meresap
- ambil satu potong daging ayam, gulung dengan daun pandan sampai tertutup, kaitkan ujungnya kalau agak susah boleh menggunakan bantuan lidi
- lakukan sampai daging ayam selesai dibungkus
- panaskan minyak dalam wajan, goreng ayam sampai matang
- sajikan dengan saus thai di atas
