Grate cheese layered fish (Ikan Lapis Keju Parut)

Ikan Lapis Keju Parut
Swedish-style seafood dish is loaded with nutrition. Very suitable dish for your family.

ingredients:

  •      500 gr white snapper
  •      1 hump broccoli
  •      3 cup grated cheddar cheese

White Sauce Ingredients:

  •      5 cloves of garlic
  •      20 g butter
  •      1/2 liter of milk
  •      1 block fish broth
  •      3 tablespoons flour
  •      Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make:

  1.      Cut broccoli into small pieces and wash. Arrange on plate heat resistant.
  2.      Cut fish about 5 cm, stacking on top of broccoli.
  3.      Heat the butter, put the chopped garlic and flour, stirring until grained.
  4.      Add salt, pepper, broth and milk gradually, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened.
  5.      Pour over broccoli and composition of fish, sprinkle with cheese, and bake about 30 minutes in the oven, until the top is browned.

Suitable served with potatoes and salad.




INDONESIAN VERSION


Hidangan seafood ala Swedia ini sarat dengan gizi. Sangat cocok dijadikan hidangan untuk keluarga anda.

Bahan :
  • 500 gr ikan kakap putih
  • 1 bonggol brokoli
  • 3 cup keju cheddar parut
Bahan Saus Putih :
  • 5 siung bawang putih
  • 20 gr mentega
  • 1/2 lt susu
  • 1 blok kaldu ikan
  • 3 sdm tepung terigu
  • Garam dan lada secukupnya
Cara Membuat :
  1. Potong brokoli kecil-kecil dan cuci bersih. Susun di piring tahan panas.
  2. Potong ikan kira-kira 5 cm, susun di atas brokoli.
  3. Panaskan mentega, masukkan bawang putih cincang dan tepung terigu, aduk sampai berbutir.
  4. Masukkan garam, lada, kaldu dan susu sedikit demi sedikit sambil terus diaduk. Masak hingga mengental.
  5. Tuang di atas susunan brokoli dan ikan, taburi keju, kemudian panggang kurang lebih 30 menit di oven, sampai bagian atasnya kecoklatan.
Cocok dihidangkan dengan kentang dan salad.
