Marble pudding (Puding Marmer)

Puding Marmer
Almost everyone likes to eat pudding. The taste is sweet and kulunyer indeed make miss. Including this one pudding, pudding marble. In addition to delicious, the pudding is also pretty sweet to look at.

ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 225 grams of sugar
  • 2 packs of gelatin
  • 650 cc of water
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 150 cc sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder


How to make:

  1. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy, set aside.
  2. Cook gelatin, water, butter, milk to the boil, reduce heat,

INDONESIAN VERSION


Hampir semua orang suka makan puding. Rasanya yang manis dan kulunyer memang bikin kangen. Termasuk juga puding yang satu ini, puding marmer. Selain enak, puding ini juga cukup manis untuk dipandang.

Bahan:
  • 4 butir telur
  • 225 gram gula pasir
  • 2 bungkus agar-agar
  • 650 cc air
  • 2 sendok makan mentega
  • 150 cc susu kental manis
  • 1 sendok makan cokelat bubuk
Cara membuat:
  1. Kocok telur dan gula hingga mengembang, sisihkan.
  2. Masak agar-agar, air, mentega, susu hingga mendidih, kecilkan api,
  3. Ambil 200 cc agar-agar, tuang ke dalam kocokan telur, aduk-aduk. Masukkan ke dalam agar-agar yang sedang mendidih, aduk rata, didihkan kembali, angkat.
  4. Ambil 1/3 adonan, cannpur dengan cokelat bubuk, aduk rata. Tuang adonan agar-agar putih, agar-agar cokelat, selang seling ke dalam loyang yang telah dibasahi.
  5. Adonan dalam loyang diputar-putar dengan tusukan sate, bentuk corak marmer. Simpan dalam kulkas hingga beku.
  6. Keluarkan dari loyang, potong-potong, hidangkan.
