- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 50 g boiled chicken meat, shredded coarse
- 500 ml chicken stock (water grab chicken stew)
- 1 egg (duck eggs better) 300 g of wet yellow noodles, pour hot water, drain (nobody likes vermicelli noodles mixed puti)
- 75 g leaves of cabbage, sliced
- 1 leek, sliced
- 1 red tomatoes, sliced
puree:
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 eggs hazelnut (nobody likes to taste more intense, but I prefer without pecans)
- 1 tsp pepper granules
- 1 tsp salt
complement:
- Fried shallots
- Pickled cucumber Cayenne

How to make:
- Saute ground spices until fragrant.
- Enter the chicken and stir well.
- Pour the broth, bring to a boil.
- Break the eggs duck, stir briefly until the eggs are cooked.
- Enter the noodles and vegetables, simmer until vegetables wilt.

INDONESIAN VERSION
Bahan:
- 1 sdm minyak sayur
- 50 g daging ayam rebus, suwir kasar
- 500 ml kaldu ayam ( ambil air rebusan ayam)
- 1 butir telur ( lebih enak telur bebek)300 g mie kuning basah, siram air panas, tiriskan ( ada yang suka dicampur mi bihun puti)
- 75 g daun kol, iris kasar
- 1 batang daun bawang, iris kasar
- 1 buah tomat merah, iris kasar
Haluskan:
- 2 siung bawang putih
- 2 butir kemiri ( ada yang suka untuk rasa lebih pekat, tapi saya lebih suka tanpa kemiri)
- 1 sdt merica butiran
- 1 sdt garam
Pelengkap:
- Bawang merah goreng
- Acar timun Cabe rawit
- bawang merah goreng
Cara membuat:
- Tumis bumbu halus hingga wangi.
- Masukkan daging ayam, aduk rata.
- Tuangi kaldu, didihkan.
- Pecahkan telur bebek, aduk sebentar hingga telur matang.
- Masukkan mi dan sayuran, didihkan hingga sayuran layu.
- Angkat.
- Sajikan dengan Pelengkapnya.
