ingredients:
- 50 grams sugar
 - 75 ml fish sauce
 - 5 grains of red onion
 - 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
 - 1 tablespoon dried red pepper, chopped
 - 500 g fillet of snapper, cut 2x3x5 cm
 
Pickled bean sprouts:
- 250 ml of water
 - 1 tsp salt
 - 25 ml vinegar
 - 1 stalk of green onion, crushed, cut into 2 cm
 - 250 gr bean sprouts, discard roots
 
How to Make:
- Heat until sugar is melted and browned.
 - Enter the fish sauce, stirring until sugar dissolves. Lift.
 - Add the onion and pepper, stir quickly.
 - Cook over low heat again. Enter the chili and fish. Cook until fish is cooked and the flavors to infuse. Remove and set aside.
 
Pickled bean sprouts:
- Boil water, salt and vinegar. Remove and let cool.
 - Enter the bean sprouts and scallions. Let stand for 1 hour.
 - Serve fish with pickled bean sprouts.

Bahan :
- 50 gr gula pasir
 - 75 ml kecap ikan
 - 5 btr bawang merah
 - 1/2 sdt lada hitam bubuk
 - 1 sdm cabe merah kering, cincang
 - 500 gr fillet kakap, pootng 2x3x5 cm
 
Acar taoge :
- 250 ml air
 - 1 sdt garam
 - 25 ml air cuka
 - 1 btg daun bawang, memarkan, potong 2 cm
 - 250 gr tauge, buang akarnya
 
Cara Membuat :
- Panaskan gula pasir hingga meleleh dan kecoklatan.
 - Masukkan kecap ikan, aduk hingga gula larut. Angkat.
 - Masukkan bawang dan merica, aduk cepat.
 - Masak kembali di atas api kecil. Masukkan cabe dan ikan. Masak hingga ikan matang dan bumbu meresap. Angkat dan sisihkan.
 
Acar Tauge :
- Didihkan air, garam dan cuka. Angkat dan biarkan dingin.
 - Masukkan taoge dan daun bawang. Diamkan selama 1 jam.
 - Sajikan ikan dengan acar taoge.
